Ricoh CloudStream - Status Page

From 22 October 2026, we are progressively migrating RICOH CloudStream PC Clients and Gateways from legacy port 2560 to port 443 (TLS 1.2 or newer) across all data centers.

If your PC Client or Gateway has stopped working, check the following:

• Outbound port 443 to your tenant domain is open on your firewall and web proxy, with no TLS inspection breaking the connection.

• The client is on version 2026.06.25 or later. Older versions that cannot reach port 443 lose connectivity and must be reinstalled with the latest version.
