June 01, 2026 at 7:00 PMThe Ricoh Cloud hosted servers in the EU, UK and DE data centers will receive an upgrade to 2026.05.14.
While we expect no impact during this upgrade, customers may experience brief interruptions in service, while connected clients and secondary gateway access points locally reconnect.
